I spoke to Brian on the phone about my computer problem. The NEXT day he had someone (Derek) come out that was convenient with my work schedule. Derek analyzed my computer and what was making it so slow (I needed more memory/RAM). He had to get the RAM from a computer store and so he came back the next day to wrap things up. Needless to say, my computer is "flying" and everything was done in a matter of 48 hours (not to mention very reasonable pricing)! Thanks BienTek!! I would highly recommend.

I had some serious issues with my computer Internet. It kept running slower and slower until it stop responding. Called Brian on a Saturday morning, he came to the house right away, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the same day. Now my computer is running faster than ever. "Could not be happier with Brian's service."

Could not be happier with Brian's service. I tried for 4 days to remove spyware from my daughter's laptop. When that failed, I tried the Geek Squad's online service - 6 hours later they issued a refund and said they could not fix it. Called Brian - in 24 hours the laptop was clean as a whistle and running like a champ with no loss of files. Price was way lower than Geek Squad, too.

"Above and beyond"

I had a virus in my computer, I looked up Bientek and found hope for average people like me. I ofcourse had more than virus problems with my computer and it almost stumped Brian the tech but he went above and beyond and put extra time in to my issues at no extra charge and figured it out quickly. Thanks Brian what a great job!

I use my computer for work on a daily basis. It developed a virus that prevented email transmission as well as internet connection. While researching the problem on another computer, I found Brian's web page and contacted him immediately. Brian fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner for a reasonable fee. During the process, he provided the status of diagnosis and repair as well as estimated completion time. Brian also provided software to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
