Could not be happier with Brian's service. I tried for 4 days to remove spyware from my daughter's laptop. When that failed, I tried the Geek Squad's online service - 6 hours later they issued a refund and said they could not fix it. Called Brian - in 24 hours the laptop was clean as a whistle and running like a champ with no loss of files. Price was way lower than Geek Squad, too.

I had a virus in my computer, I looked up Bientek and found hope for average people like me. I ofcourse had more than virus problems with my computer and it almost stumped Brian the tech but he went above and beyond and put extra time in to my issues at no extra charge and figured it out quickly. I use my computer for work on a daily basis. It developed a virus that prevented email transmission as well as internet connection. While researching the problem on another computer, I found Brian's web page and contacted him immediately. Brian fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner for a reasonable fee. During the process, he provided the status of diagnosis and repair as well as estimated completion time. Brian also provided software to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
